the value for money was fantastic. The prices were extremely reasonable, especially considering the quality of service provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. Thirdly, the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the beautiful lakes nearby. And finally, the breakfast was delicious, with a good range of options to choose from. I also loved the view of the peaceful graveyard by the beds, it added a unique touch to the atmosphere.

I recently had a pleasant one-night stay at a hotel in Carlisle. the location was convenient, being just off the motorway and not far from the city center. It was also near a Morrison's supermarket, which was handy for a cost-effective breakfast option. the room was comfortable, with clean bed linen and a good quality towel in the bathroom. the service was friendly, and the bar staff provided good service. it offered safe, clean and comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price.
The hotel lacked dining choices within walking distance of the city center, which was a downside for those wanting more variety in their meals.

The room was comfortable and the bed was nice. the staff, especially Calum, were very helpful and provided great customer service.
The hotel is in need of a refurbishment as the rooms were dated and there were some housekeeping issues in the bathroom. the noise level was also a problem, with banging from the rooms above and a lack of consideration from other guests.

The hotel was incredibly clean, with a dedicated cleaning team doing a fantastic job. The staff were incredibly helpful and cheery, making the stay enjoyable and hassle-free.- The location was great, with the town center just a pleasant 20-minute walk away and no need for a vehicle.
The hotel appeared tired and in need of renovation, although efforts had been made to upgrade it. The pillows were of poor quality, lacking the usual comfort of Premier Inn.
